Morgan is the founder of GraphXPromo, and her goal is to create a rock-solid experience for customers ordering custom printed products. With a hands-on background in design, production planning, and print workflows, Morgan oversees everything from initial concepts to final output, so you can trust that your order is being handled with the utmost responsibility and care.
Her role focuses on setting up every project correctly from the start — reviewing artwork, managing proofs, advising on materials and decoration, and ensuring production meets expectations. Morgan works closely with customers who want clear answers, honest recommendations, and dependable results.
Cynthia Williams
Customer Relations Manager
Cynthia supports day-to-day operations and plays a key role in keeping projects moving smoothly. She works closely with sales reps and customers, helps coordinate orders, follows up on details, and arranges client visits, deliveries, and installations when needed.
Her focus is making sure communication stays clear, timelines stay on track, and customers feel supported throughout the ordering process — especially during fast-paced or multi-item projects.
Mariah Vigil
Director of Operations
Mariah oversees the systems and processes that keep GraphXPromo operating efficiently. She plays a key role in implementing new initiatives, coordinating timelines, and ensuring projects move smoothly from start to finish.
With a strong ability to anticipate needs and maintain organization across multiple workflows, Mariah supports nearly every operational process within the company. Her work helps ensure consistency, accountability, and follow-through as GraphXPromo continues to grow. While much of her work happens behind the scenes, her skills impact nearly every order, launch, and internal system.
Brendan Davis
Director of Sales
Brendan works directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best solutions for signs, apparel, and promotional products. He helps guide projects from initial conversations through quoting and proof approval.
Brendan’s role lies at the center of onboarding new clients, building strong relationships, answering questions, and making sure all our customers feel confident about their orders — whether it’s a first-time project or a repeat order.
